I am the proud creator of DESK RESCUE ROADMAP, a program to help hurting, stressed out professionals find a happier healthier lifestyle where they are more focused and productive.

As a professional dancer, teacher, & choreographer for over 30 years, I now integrate all of my experience into corporate wellness programs, teaching private 1-on-1 sessions, and yoga classes. 

I used to hate yoga! I was sure I couldn't do it! I was getting older, had injuries, physical limitations, lots of stress, reduced flexibility, was very weak, had no time,...and I was very self-conscious.
